GENERAL INFORMATION

JOB OBJECTIVE

Deliver technical expertise to customers and distributors, focusing on biosecurity, disease control, and farm hygiene solutions; cooperate closely with the sales team to develop the market through field trials, technical training, and solution-based consulting from Farm to Fork.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Technical Support & Training

• Assess customer needs and farm conditions to develop tailored hygiene and disinfection solutions.
• Implement and monitor field trials for cleaning & disinfection products in livestock farms.
• Deliver technical training to distributors, farm managers, and technicians; provide on-site technical troubleshooting and support.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage all related technical documentation.

2. Commercial Support & Market Development

• Present technical solutions to customers and at major industry events or seminars.
• Support product launches and market development activities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Conduct regular farm visits and customer follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.

3. Biosecurity & Disease Prevention

• Advise on biosecurity programs for livestock farms (poultry, swine, cattle).
• Support environmental pathogen control and maintain strict hygiene standards.
• Adapt and implement company sanitation protocols suitable for local farming conditions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications & Majors: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or related fields.
• Working Experience: 2–5 years of experience in livestock farming (poultry/swine) or animal health companies. Strong preference for candidates with swine farming technical expertise.
• Professional Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of farm biosecurity and a deep understanding of cleaning & disinfection practices. Ability to design trials and analyze data effectively.
• Personal Qualities: Professional, active, and able to handle pressure on-site; willing to travel for farm visits.
