Vĩnh Hoàn Tuyển Dụng International Sales Support Teamleader/Specialist Tại TPHCM
1. Daily Operations
Support the sales team in managing contracts and communication with the factory when needed.
Assist the Sales Director/Manager in updating weekly reports and preparing customer contracts.
2. Reporting System
Compare data from the Sales and Accounting departments on a monthly basis.
Update the payment term list of new customers and revise payment terms for existing customers to the Accounting team.
Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of data for monthly sales reports.
3. Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Director/Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in FMCG and/or beauty product sales support is highly preferred.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in handling sales reports, data analysis, and preparing presentations.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
