* Machine Operation:

- Operate gravity separators, sieve machines, color sorting machines, and multi-scan machines.

- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.

- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.

* Quality Control:

- Ensure all pistachios meet the quality standards by performing regular inspections.

- Identify and remove defective products using color sorting and multi-scan machines.

* Documentation:

- Accurately fill out production and maintenance logs.

- Document any issues or malfunctions with machinery and report to the supervisor.

* Safety and Compliance:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

- Participate in safety training sessions and drills.

* Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production processes.

- Communicate effectively with the production supervisor and other operators.

* Education:   

- Engineering diploma or degree

- Technical training or certification in machinery operation is a plus.

* Experience:

- Experience Proven experience operating and troubleshooting gravity separators, sieve machines, color sorting machines, and multi-scan machines
