Job summary:

• Assist in packing samples for Sales team to send to customers nationwide & supplier worldwide Assist in data input & output for sample warehouse management
• Do ingredient test & evaluations (food ingredient and additive), and then applying in some specific food prototypes
• Preparing prototypes for customer projects & Lab. works
• Assist in collaboration and communication: Work with internal teams, supplier and customer (RD's customer) if need)
• Other tasks assigned in Lab scope

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in packing samples for Sales team to send to customers nationwide & supplier worldwide
• Assist in data input & output for sample warehouse management
• Collaboration and communication: work with internal teams, suppliers assigned by Lab Manager (If needed).
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate records of technical service activities, including reports on test results, customer, sale team, and suppliers feedback, and issue resolution
• Conduct test to evaluate the quality of raw materials in processed products and finished products according to supplier guidelines and customer expectations
• Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate and run new projects, ensuring the development of new products with customers.
• Assist in collaborating with suppliers to organize technical training sessions or seminars for customers or sales team
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the Lab Manager, ensuring work progress is on schedule

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Life Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Have a foundation knowledge of food ingredients, food additives, processing & food product characteristics, understanding of food consumer markets and market trends 
• English skills: good in communication and writing (preferred) 
• Practical working experience as technologist (technical application) at Lab. of ingredient trading companies (preferred) is more than 1 year, especially for dairy, beverage & bakery, and in the R&D department of food factories (required) from 3 – 5 years 
• Discipline, perseverance, open mind, creativity and sharing 

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive fixed salary.
• Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday 
• Parking allowance: 300,000 VND/month.
• 13th-month salary bonus.
• Year-end performance bonus: 1- 2 months’ salary (based on performance evaluation).
