TECHCOOP tuyển dụng EXPORT SALES (AM2) tại TPHCM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Sales to oversee international sales operations, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth beyond $1 million. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export sales, business development, and global market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets of $1 million and above.
    • Identify new business opportunities in global markets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
  2. Client & Market Expansion
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade agreements.
    • Participate in trade shows, business missions, and networking events.
  3. Export Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and export documentation.
    • Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment.
    • Manage Letters of Credit, Incoterms, and payment terms with overseas clients.
  4. Team Collaboration & Reporting
    • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics) to align sales efforts.
    • Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in export sales, preferably handling revenue of $1 million+.
  • Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close international deals.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and business development skills.
  • Experience with CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in agricultural field (especially in fresh fruit; processed products)
  • Fluency in English
