1. POLICY SUPERVISION:
Legal team is responsible for CHECK - CONSULT - BUILD - CONTROL all policies to ensure our benefits are well protected in all operations.
2. INVESTMENT:
Legal team is taken part in all Investment project to protect our benefits and mitigate all possible risks.
3. LAWS UPDATING:
Check, aware, consult monitor all related laws updating to protect company's benefits.
4. CONTRACT/AGREEMENT CHECK:
Check, aware, consult & monitor all contracts/agreements to protect company's benefits.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS PROTECTION:
Manage well Intellectual Property internal/external to protect company's benefits.
6. LAWS COMPLIANCE CHECK:
Check laws compliance then consult/build, monitor & follow up laws compliance of all departments.
7. LEGAL ADVICE:
Study and consult all needed legal advice.
8. LAW SUIT:
Proactively check & settle all possible Debt/Bad Debt.
10. LEGAL CONSULTANCY SERVICE (EXTERNAL):
Manage legal consultancy service.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University degree in Law;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• At least 5 years experience as same positions;
• Having a serious sense of responsibility and focusing on the work;
• Strong skills in analysis, drafting of contracts and legal documents, negotiation, presentation;
• Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Management and teamwork skills;
• Efficiency in computer & presentation skill;
• Being proactive.
