Việt Nam Xanh Tuyển Dụng Assistant Director Tại TPHCM
- Monitor, input, and consolidate data from the company's projects.
- Act as the liaison between the Board of General Directors and internal departments as well as external partners, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Receive, handle, and transfer information and requests from departments and customers to the Board of General Directors.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and conferences as directed by the Board.
- Monitor and track the progress of departments, divisions, and projects as required; regularly update and report on progress.
- Support the Board of General Directors in resolving operational issues.
- Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly) or ad hoc reports as requested.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of General Directors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance – Accounting, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in office software: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to solve problems quickly and flexibly.
- Able to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt to changes in the working environment.
- Foreign language requirement: Good communication in English; additional languages such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus.
