TTC Agris Tuyển Dụng Senior Procurement (Rice)

• Build and develop a system of domestic and international rice suppliers.
• Evaluate, select, and manage supplier capabilities, ensuring quality and standards are met.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and optimal purchasing policies.
• Monitor supply status, forecast raw material needs, and ensure a stable source of goods.
• Coordinate and supervise the team responsible for purchasing activities and supply operations.
• Collaborate with the relevant departments to meet export order deadlines.
• Manage risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans for market fluctuations.
• Stay updated on rice raw material market trends and propose suitable purchasing strategies.
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the rice or agricultural industry.
• Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
• Exceptional communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of both domestic and international rice markets.
• A solid understanding of supply chain, quality standards, and legal regulations related to agricultural and food products.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and plan effectively.
