● Lead Customer Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement regular customer-focused, effective marketing campaigns, including creating marketing materials and leading meetings to inform customers about the latest industry trends and product innovations. Collaborate with Suppliers and internal Sales and R&D teams to develop related solutions and prototypes leveraging S.I.M.VN’ s portfolio of ingredients.

● Develop Marketing Materials: Develop and manage marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, posters, and other promotional materials that highlight key trends in the dairy, beverage, bakery, confectionery, and savory industries for both internal and customer use.

● Conduct Trend and Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research by synthesizing market reports, attending conferences, and building industry relationships to stay current with the latest consumer/industry trends. Regularly update marketing content to ensure they remain relevant.

● Design Visual Content: Design and create professional graphics such as marketing campaign images, promotional posters, and infographics to help support marketing campaigns and other business development efforts.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related field.

● A minimum of 5+ years of experience within the food industry, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.

● Strong research and analytical skills.

● Strong eye for design and ability to produce visually appealing and professional marketing materials. Experience with design tools (e.g. AI tools, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar) is an advantage.

● Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong presentation skills and comfortable leading meetings with customers.

● Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

● Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
