• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Lunch break: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM)

JOB OVERVIEW Do you enjoy working with crops, conducting trials, and contributing to the development of innovative vegetable varieties? At Rijk Zwaan Vietnam, we are looking for a motivated Trial Assistant to support our vegetable breeding and trial activities. You will work closely with trial and crop teams to evaluate varieties, collect high-quality data, and generate valuable insights for the development of new vegetable varieties.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Plan, execute and monitor crop trials in greenhouse and open-field conditions.
• Collect and analyse trial data.
• Support variety evaluation activities.
• Collaborate with trial teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of innovative vegetable varieties.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Passion for agriculture and crop research.
• Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in crop cultivation or trial activities.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Open-field trial experience is an advantage.
