Regional Controller Tại Hà Nội

Regional Controller will support the Regional Controlling Manager in PnL control & analysis and Operation team at stores to deliver sustainable business result in compliance with Group governance.

Assist Regional Controlling Manager to:

• Prepare PnL by store in annual budget, quarterly review, monthly forecast and daily operation
• Provide analysis for store operation indicator (margin, shrinkage, inventory, Opex, Capex...)
• Control Opex and Capex within allocated budget, forecast
• Review, approve purchase request follow Procure to Pay process
• Support cross functions of store in operation activity
• Manage financial terms related to suppliers’ contract
• Communicate/ensure application of internal procedure/policies to operation team
• Support other tasks, projects assigned from management team

Experiences:

• Theorical knowledges/understanding: good knowledge in finance & accounting
• Pratical knowledge at work: > 2 years experiences in Finance, Audit and retail field is an advance.

Skills:

• Proficient with computers such as Excel, Power Point, Power BI, and other standard office technology as SAP, Gold is in advance
• Social & relationship skills: team work, organizational & communication skill
• Analysis, logical/methodological skills
• Good at working attitude, dynamic, hardworking & responsible,
• Good at English

Education: Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or related majors.
