MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Manage the Company’s environmental legal documentation and compliance records.

· Supervise the effluent quality from the wastewater treatment systems across all factory zones, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental standards and discharge permits.

· Provide legal consultancy to enterprises on procedures related to environmental regulations, including licensing, reporting, and environmental impact compliance.

· Monitor and enforce environmental legal obligations of enterprises operating within the zone.

· Deliver environmental services to tenants, including contract negotiation, fee structure, sampling point determination, and resolution of complaints or non-compliance issues.

· Administer budgets and expenditures related to environmental monitoring activities, statutory environmental reporting, and legal compliance training for tenant companies.

· Coordinate solid waste management, including placement of waste bins and oversight of waste collection service providers to ensure sanitary conditions and environmental aesthetics within the premises.

· Direct and coordinate operational staff in performing wastewater sampling from tenant factories in accordance with regulatory and internal monitoring requirements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS:   

·        Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field

·       Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the environmental sector

·       Solid understanding of environmental laws and regulations, as well as occupational health and safety standards

·       Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

·       Strong communication and problem-solving skills

·       Proactive and high sense of responsibility
