Tuyển dụng Nhân viên R&D / R&D staff tại Bình Dương

1. Research and develop new products as required by the company (in co-ordination with Marketing Department)
2. Formulate products
3. Provide documented standards and specifications for all the ingredients, process and finished products.
4. Conduct evaluation and testing of alternate materials to expand material choice without compromising product quality
5. Conduct regular sensory evaluation of products
6. Conduct cost saving activities or product modifications
7. Take part in training with QA/QC and production staff in running the process
8. Support to conduct shelf life studies
9. Prepare documents to register product certificate
10. Co-ordinate with all supporting departments for smooth operation and troubleshooting (related job)
11. Follow instructions from higher authorities in doing R&D works
12. Take part in ISO, HACCP, HALAL… activities
13. Conduct analysis on market complaints about products and recalled products
14. Work with relevant Department to apply new procedure to manufacturing

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Graduate /Post graduate in Food Technology or Chemistry or Bio Chemistry or related field.
2. Experience: not required. Priority newly graduated students.
3. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word...
4. Experience in ISO, GMP & other certifications.
5. Good in  English communication, French speaker can be a plus.
6. Fast learning.
7. Good team spirit.
8. Good sensory skill.
9. Ready to work in highly competitive environment - tight schedules & stiff targets.
