This role is an exciting opportunity to join a leading fresh produce company and oversee our QC process for our products in Vietnam.

This role will support the day to day process, using an existing framework that is used around the world.

Our goal is to provide great quality fruit to our customers, so this role will be crucial in managing the quality of our products and ensuring only the best fruit makes it to customers.

This role will require regular independent work at our partners' AJ Total Pho Noi Cool Store in Hung Yen province.

Main task:

• Base on data from grower to determine the sample need to take (size – grade – quantity) and inform the cool store.

• Oversee a team of inspectors on the correct process, techniques, and reporting structure

• Suggest ways to improve procedure, reduce costs and quality of our products

• Collate data from inspections for internal reporting purpose

• Review reporting daily/weekly and escalate as required for any serious quality issues

• Link the claim from the customer with receiving order for Manager finalize any claim values to supply offices in conjunction with sales team.

• Attend the audit the inspection process with Operation Manager.

• Co-work with order department, 3rd - coolstore in operations (inbound, outbound, prepare QC sample…)

• Support in new project related quality.

• Handle defect products, supervise the repacking activities (resorting, …)

• Visit customer’s place to check the fruits, verify quality condition (if any).

Key experience:

- Fresh Fruit experience is a big advantage

- Degree level qualified

- 2+ years’ experience

- Ability to work independently

- Microsoft Office ability

- Good English verbal and written

- Phone, Laptop provided
