Job Purpose

An Area Sales Manager in the aqua feed sector in Vietnam would be responsible for managing sales activities and achieving sales targets within a specific geographic area for aqua feed products. This role typically involves identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Achieving sales targets and goals within the assigned area.
• Customer Acquisition & Management: Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as managing and upselling to existing clients.
• Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Sales Forecasting & Planning: Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
• Market Understanding: Developing a deep understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
• Product Knowledge: Possessing a thorough understanding of aqua feed products and their applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (4yrs+) in the aqua feed or related industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Graduate of aquaculture, food technology or related fields

- 100% salary during probation period (up to 25M)
